At Zehvika, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help with a hassle-free return process.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns are not accepted for innerwear, custom items, or final sale products unless defective.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used, damaged, or washed products.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Items beyond the 7-day return window.

🔄 Exchange Policy:

We offer free size exchanges for the same product, subject to availability. If your preferred size is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered.

💸 Refund Process:

  • Refunds are processed once the product passes our quality check.
  • Refunds can take 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit.

📦 How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Provide your order ID and reason for return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the process.

🛡️ Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
